The average American works more than 50 hours a week, representing the single largest time commitment most of us have. On average, we work more than we sleep each week. For Individuals, we offer career counseling, assessment and coaching, resume and cover letter writing, successful interviewing strategies, networking tips and job search assistance. We use the MBTI® and Strong assessment tools to evaluate your innate strengths, values and interests to help guide your career decision-making process.

We also provide assistance to high school and college students struggling with choosing a college, a major and/or career. Our staff has over 10 years of experience working in college and university career counseling and academic advising centers across the nation. We use the Myers-Briggs® and Strong Interest Inventory assessments to help identify potential career matches.

For Organizations, we offer tailored workforce development consulting focusing on recruitment and selection, interviewing, training, team building, accelerated process improvement, workplace morale and leadership training.

We can guide you through any career or workplace issue you face and help you or your organization achieve peak performance.
